Where to begin...

We have just sent an email to our client base about the announcement from the government today. I'm still not entirely sure the enormity of the situation has hit me... I am beyond devastated, not only for Luxe, but for my clients, and my girls. Talk about a rollercoaster... This is one ride I certainly want to get off!

We have spent the evening ringing round the hundreds of clients who have waited patiently for the 1st only to be given mere hours warning that these services cannot be resumed. We have had to cancel nearly 94% of our diary... leaving it very blank. I guess that pretty much sums up what I am feeling right now.

I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to our clients who abided by the law and where waiting patiently for the 1st. I also want to thank those clients who have rescheduled rather than cancelled. It means so much to us. But today my heart was melted when clients who were booked in for facials tomorrow changed instead to massage or nails. I cannot express my gratitude, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you.

I'm not sure anyone looking in could imagine the impact this has had on a small business. Don't get me wrong I know this has impacted everyone so much, but our industry seems to have been a walking target. If this carries on I have no doubt our industry will be in tatters.
